When can products be exchanged and returned?

• Any of the products can be exchanged within 3 working days  and returned orders within only one working day of receiving the order according to the shipping companies’ records.

• The condition of the product must be perfect and free from any defects or problems within 24 hours of receiving the product from the shipping company.

• The product must be in its original condition as received by the customer.

• The product must be unused, completely intact, and free from any perfumes or incense that may indicate its wear or use.

• In its original packaging/box with all brand and product labels/price tags/care instructions included, they should be returned as well.

• The customer bears all shipping costs.

What are the conditions that must be met in order to replace and return the products?

• Send it with a shipping company of your choice that it is reliable and qualified, to the address that will be provided to you by customer service.

• It is required that the shipping must be addressed to the headquarters of Nouf Al Sudairi Abayas within one day from receiving the order, without counting Fridays and holidays.

• After receiving the product by our team and confirming the condition of it, in addition to all the above conditions are met and proven.

• If the customer wishes to replace the product, a new product will be sent within 5-10 working days after the customer pays the shipping fee for the new product.

• In case the customer wishes to return a product, the amount paid by them will be recovered after deducting the shipping and delivery fee through a bank transfer to be fulfilled within 5-10 working days.

If your order was received damaged, please do the following within 24 hours of receiving the product:

• Submit a request to customer service via WhatsApp or e-mail with the following attached:

- A copy of the electronic invoice in your account on the website or received on your email.

- Clear, visible and well lighted video of the damage or the problem with the product along with an audio narration for more explanation.

 

• Put the product in its original packaging as you received it and pack it securely.

• Print the policy that you will receive from the customer service team and attach it to the package.

• Deliver to the nearest branch of the carrier.

• Return the product within only one day of receiving the order according to the shipping companies" records.

• Return the product in the same condition in which it was received.

• After receiving the product by our team, they make sure the problem has been confirmed, and all the above conditions are met and proven.

• If you wish to replace the product, a new product will be sent to you within 5-10 working days at no additional cost on you.

• In the event that you wish to return the product, the amount paid by you will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs of the original order, via a bank transfer to be fulfilled within 5-10 working days.

What is the policy of exchange and return with orders that have an error in size or color?

If you receive an order different from the size or color you requested, please follow the following:

• Return the product within only one day of receiving the order according to the shipping companies" records.

• At the present time, it is not possible to exchange and return your purchases from Nouf Al-Sudairi Abaya website through Nouf Al-Sudairi Abaya stores.

If there is an offer that includes two or more abayas, the return will be made for the product with the lowest value

Does the exchange and return policy apply to countries outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

Yes, all the condition above apply to all the countries and cities within and outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
