نعم يمكن الغاء او تعديل الطلبات بعد شرائها فقط إذا كانت حالة الطلب: (لم يتم شحن الطلبية)

نرجو اتباع الاجراءات التالية:

-يتم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء و اعلامهم بالتعديلات المطلوبة.

-في حالة عدم توفر التعديل المطلوب يمكن الغاء الطلب وإعادة المبلغ كاملاً للعميل، إذا لم يتم شحن الطلب. 

- بعد إلغاء الطلب يتم ارجاع كامل المبلغ بحوالة بنكية الى حساب العميل خلال 10 ايام عمل.

-اما اذا تم الشحن فستتم معاملة الطلب طبقاً لشروط الاستبدال و الاسترجاع.

• Each fabric has a different weight and texture, so your measurements of abayas may differ from one fabric to another according to the softness and weight of each fabric.

قد تختلف ألوان الأقمشة تبعاً لاختلاف نوعية الإضاءة ولون بشرة الزبون التي ترتديها، نحن نحرص على إظهار لون كل عباية بأدق صورة ممكنة، ولكن لأن العين البشرية يختلف منظورها ورؤيتها للألوان تبعاً لاختلاف نوعية الإضاءة ولون البشرة والملابس تحت العباية؛ فقد تختلف ألوان الأقمشة ودرجاتها عن الصورة الموجودة بدرجة بسيطة لا تشكل فرقاً جوهرياً.

يمكن القيام بتعديلات في طول و عرض العباية بعد شرائها من الموقع الالكتروني :

- من خلال القيام بزيارة لاقرب فرع محلات نوف السديري للعبايات.

_ اظهار الايصال الموجود في الحساب الشخصي الموجود في الموقع او المرسل علي اليميل الخاص بكم بشرط الا تتجاوز الفترة بين تاريخ الشراء و التعديل 30 يوما.

لا تتوفر خدمة الطلبات الخاصة, فقط المعروضات المتوفرة في الموقع.

يوجد امكانية تعديل في اي من المنتجات من خلال الموقع بالإضافة تتوفر خدمة مابعد البيع في فروع محلات نوف السديري للعبايات.

يعدل على المنتجات التي دفع قيمتها فقط.

 مدة توصيل الطلبات تتراوح:  

-بين 5 الى 10 ايام عمل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

- بين 10 الى 15 يوم عمل خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.

*اذا يوجد تعديل بالعباية تستغرق المده للتجهيز من 10-15 يوم عمل غير مدة التوصيل.
