The status of the order must change to ready, if the status of the order has not changed, it means that the order is not ready for pick up.

Orders received before three o"clock in P.M can be picked-up from the branch directly on the same working day, and orders after three o"clock in the evening will be received on the next working day. (Friday and Saturday are off)

Receiving orders from the branch will be from six to ten P.M, and if it is not possible to receive within this window, please contact customer service to set new dates for pick-up.

The delivery code for receiving orders is the same as the order number so please keep it.

The customer needs to mention that they are coming to receive their online order.

We will keep the order inside the shop for 7 working days.

All orders not received will be canceled, and any previous payment will be refunded to the credit card that was used in the payment process.
